Any comments, concerns, and or problems can also be directed to me (Aiva Allen) or Phillipe Felisimo in-world. We are in no way objective to hearing any criticism, openly look forward to improvement, and encourage our models to come forward to let us know how we are doing. With any business, we need rules in order to succeed. If someone does not follow the rules we will send one notice. If there is no response they will be removed from our agency. When a model signs up they are given a list of tasks to do within a week in order to stay with the agency. If it is not done, a note will be made and 24 hours given to contact us or complete the tasks. We do not have time to continuously send out notices to models that do not complete these simple tasks. We need to hire responsible people who are willing to take initiative. Again, we look forward to hearing from anyone who has a comment, concern or anything else they wish to bring to our attention. We appreciate all of the models that do their best and continually work their hardest for themselves and Urban Model Management.
Also we have now changed names from Urban Model Management (UMM) to SLGLAM Agency. Please feel free to stop by and page a member of management to get any questions answered.
