I went to their show this evening…no idea what it was called
(I mean, c’mon….I put water in the coffee maker, put the pot in and walk off…and come back a few minutes later to discover I haven’t turned it ON)
but it was Gothic themed from what I saw with the wildest hair…neons…or how things look under a black light.

Anyways, from what I saw of it (and I’m a horrible audience member) amidst all the distractions I had, it was different and the models were on cue with each other…I was impressed overall.

Then at the end, everyone came out and we all did the Thriller dance and mingled.

    Good job!

  2. Toumarow Vhargon Says:

This agency truly cares about their models. Drama aside, they do put out a lot of effort to accommodate each and every individual in the agency. I am proud to call myself an INFINITE MODEL. 🙂

Red I have nothing to gain posting anonymously. These aren’t me. But I’m positive you and Jason are doing this to the Infinite page. I’m open to revealing IP addresses on the pages to clear this up. So instead of us continuing to bash one another lets just ask all the readers of both pages to ask agencyreports to relese ip adresses for questionable comments on both pages. That would bring an end to all the back and forth nonsense

I’ve posted this on the MPI page. In a effort to be fair I want all readers to see it. I think this is the best way to bring this all to a close. This was what I was told the night I left MPI..

    [2009/08/04 23:20] redhairgenie Cabassoun: Annalise..give it up
[2009/08/04 23:20] redhairgenie Cabassoun: go start your own agency

I’ve done just that, I’m much more fufilled now then I was before. I wish the staff at MPI the best of luck.. It’s time for this to end, so please join me in trying to get agency report back to what it should be a tool for models and not a gossip column

    Thanks Annalise

  4. AddisonLynn Blaisdale Says:

I really wish people would grow up and stop this childish behavior. Or at least put their freakin names instead of hiding behind a mirage – COWARDS! This agency is great! Talk to the models, I’m one of them and couldn’t be happier with my decision to join this agency.

  5. Definition of Staff Says:

Hi Keara, you might want to check up on the definition of “staff” yourself. Go to Webster.com. Models are not peons in an agency. They directly assist the directors, leaders and coordinators to help produce dynamic fashion shows 🙂 I just thought I would correct you since you incorrectly said that models are not staff. Also, after reading throughout this blog, I agree with Miss T’s post which says: September 1, 2009 at 6:07 pm

Let’s not get off topic now.

  6. Keara Flatley Says:

Miss R& Mr.J, Opps did I say that?! My bad I meant “Miss T&Mr T” Are you both stupid? Toumarow isn’t staff at Infinity she is a model, like many signed with a few agencies. In fact last I knew she was signed with both of these agencies. In fact most of the models that have stepped up and sung praises for Infinite are models at both agencies. I think those are the people that we should be listening too as they represent both parties. I’ve read over Infinite’s post on this site and the only people who have had anything bad to say are people who are hiding behind some dumb name like for example MISS T, Mr T, SL Model,Ain’t Gonna happen. These aren’t established users all over the blog, these accounts are made for the purpose of bashing this agency.

Give me one negative comment from a person that I can put in the SL search and find and I’d take this seriously until then I’ll believe its the jealous rants of a inferior agency. Now can Miss K Miss J Miss L M&N please comment about how awful Anna is and make it a bit more transparent. Oh yeah then we can have Real SL Model& Established Model and just for good measure we can invite Oh My, Get it together, and please get it together, and all the observer names too! PATHETIC!

  7. Toumarow Vhargon Says:

Why do I give INFiniTE Models, Inc. 5 stars?

As soon as INFiniTe opened to the fashion community, I applied and was thankful enough to be accepted and to be a part of their family. Though still at the beginning stage, INFiniTe CARES GREATLY ABOUT THEIR MODELS and those that participate in the fashion community, both as supporters and fans. They have given A GREAT AMOUNT of opportunity for their models, from castings to print-work. I have been thankful to be a part of their previous show “Infinite Garden” and their current show.

What struck me about INFiniTe is the teamwork and the great amount of constructive criticism they give to their models. I remember asking for feedback and help with any of my “fashion concerns” and INFiniTE would be there to help.

INFiniTE cares about their models and I couldn’t be thankful enough to them.

  8. Annalise Cyberstar Says:

Myself or anyone at my agency will not be commenting on any of this trash anymore.. I may have posted things on MPI’s page but EVERYTHING I said was the truth. And I’ve always had the guts to post under my name unlike some cowards.. Those of you who are smart enough to judge for yourself will come check us out and you will know the truth..Those of you who don’t can believe what you want.. I’m in Second Life to have fun. Not to deal with this nonsense.
My staff and I are committed to giving our models the best experience possible. So if you have a concern.. Please post under a legitimate name and we will address it right away..

Miss T let me quote you please..”This is agency report where anyone is allowed to report on good and bad.” So the same rule would apply to myself as well. I’m sorry but I do think that someone who post several messages under lots of different accounts with a bunch of different names. For the purpose of trying to make someone on second life look bad is disturbed, you don’t have to agree..

I wish everyone the best in their modeling endeavours. Including all the staff at MPI, I put that behind me a long time ago. I know I’m much happier with the way things are now.

I’ve extended my apology for the parts of the falling out that I feel i was at fault for and I was met with more drama.. And I’m sorry that’s where I draw the line all I did was tell the truth I’m sorry for anyone who was not able to handle that..

P.S.. I’m still waiting to hear back about all those TOS reports that were supposedly filed against me.

  9. Annalise Cyberstar Says:

Called me on something??? Have I ever even spoken to you?? How would I know since your to big of a coward to even post your name? Of course that theory doesn’t make much sense, based on the content of your comment. I think the more plausible is you meant to actually use your real name but got confused And its really no wonder, with all the various alt accounts you use to down vote, bash people and spreed outright lies because your agency just doesn’t measure up, How about you concentrate on taking care of your models and maybe things would work out better for you.. Okay i think that’s about enough said..So again folks please don’t take my word for it Or anyone elses!! Everyone come see us and judge for yourself..

  10. Get It Together Says:

Thank you for finally decided to come out and showing a slice of honesty AFTER I called you out on your behavior. I have been wandering around this blog and noticing different comments made by members of your organization and many of them seem to be pointed at others both directly and indirectly. To me, it appears as though you solely exist just to tear down others from the type and level of attacks you exert on others and obvious self promotion from you and your friends and group members. If you are going to attack others be willing to be exposed for what you really are. If your aim is to be a legit agency, focus on being that. Your PR currently sucks as it is rude, hostile and demeaning. Your attacking everyone under the sun only makes me think that is the chief reason you exist. It does not look like you are trying to set any decent standards and that speaks towards the type of group you are. It’s easy to get employees who want to keep a job, friends and members of your clique’ to post for you and no agency becomes great in a few days. My suggestion to you is to live up to who you are trying to be. Make a goal, set a course of action and go for it. You can do it for yourselves if you try hard enough.

  11. Annalise Cyberstar Says:

Hi everyone. This is all I’m going to say about this nonsense.. Don’t take our word for it. don’t take the word of the people who spend their time bashing us.. Just come see for yourself.. Come visit us, talk to some of our models.. Then you decide.. I promise if you do you’ll see this for exactly what it is a week attempt by a very disturbed person to make us look bad. As far as our star rating this is why it went up this is the notice I sent out in the group.

(I’m asking all our models to please go share your experience with our agency on agency report.. There have been people that have been spreading lies about us on this site… I know that you guys know these aren’t true so good or bad please take time to go have your voices heard on our page… and don’t forget to rate us…)

NO asking friends to inflate the vote just asking our models to place state there honest opinion..

  12. AddisonLynn Blaisdale Says:

I’ve been with Infinite for less time than another agency I am with – and have been presented more opportunities in the short time since Infinite has started. 3 castings for runway shows, magazine cover contest, calendar contest, and even offered the opportunity to do some print work (which sadly, I was busy at the time helping out a friend, and couldn’t take part in). Perhaps the one who is complaining about not enough work doesn’t read the notices sent out about all the opportunities Infinite has been offering their models.

Not only has Inifinite been providing plenty of opportunities, their staff has been nothing but supportive and encouraging. Focusing on giving me and others all the right tools to be a sucessful model. I haven’t been selected in any of the 3 castings I’ve attended, but that’s okay, because I am learning from each one of them. I go to Ange, Annalise and Charriol for feedback – what could I have done better? What do I need to work on? And they give it.

You who complain about lack of opportunity, perhaps you should stand up and take initiative in making your SL modeling career a successful one – no one is going to hold your hand the entire way through it. It’s about networking and making a good, dependable name for yourself. Infinite is providing the opportunities for you to grow – maybe it’s time you took the initiative to act on the opportunties they are providing all of us!

I couldn’t be prouder to be a part of this wonderful team!

  13. Despot Demina Says:

In all my dealings with various agencies i have found Infinate have been nothing but a massive success ive had more work with them in 2 weeks than i had at ANY other agency including those ive had to pay for classes. keep up the awesome job girls!

  14. Naiya Kazyanenko Says:

I was lucky enough to of been chosen as one of the Runway models for Infinite Garden. It was a great show to be part of very organised and plenty of practice sessions around all time zones. I could not cast for the 2nd show but look forward to the casting for the rest. Thank you for the chance of of been apart of it

  15. AngeXX Quandry Says:

“Just checking back from what I had noticed and posted a few hours earlier about Infinite’s true/below average 2.5 stars this “agency” had. Looks like many new artificial votes. Went up by 20 to 40 votes to 3 stars since I made my initial post. Clearly not real votes by real clients of this supposed agency. Folks, this agency is about hocus pocus, thievery, deceit and nonsense. Clearly trying to be something they are not. You failed the test. I posted what your agency was worth and immediately you get 20 – 40 of your friends to inflate your score. Obviously this agency is far from legit and if you are doing this, I wonder what other types of things you are doing or are capable of on SL…I dare not find out. My advice to everyone…Run, don’t walk away from this agency.”

Well, my question is, how do you know this agency is about thievery, hocus pocus, etc? We have been nothing but loyal to our models giving them free poses for a show, preparing them, making sure they look presentable for a fashion show, and even to the extent of paying each of them afterwards along with paid print ads in and out of our magazine. I have heard nothing but good reviews from our models.. so I feel that your assumption is invalid due to the fact you were not a model for our agency even for a week! We care about our models and would never do anything to decieve them. Our first show, Infinite Garden, was a smashing success with good reviews from both our clients and models. Ask anyone associated with Infinite, they will tell you what we are about – just read the past comments. We have a good group here, I couldn’t be prouder of all of them.. they are wonderful, experienced models in the fashion world. However, you are entitled to your opinion, but I will just let the agency speak for itself.

    Thank you.

  16. Painted Hearts Says:

I love this agency. I was lucky enough to be cast in the first show, Infinite Garden. I did not have to pay any fees when I joined. I was given information about the OPTIONAL modeling academy, and I plan to take them when I can afford it. Right after the garden show ended, there was a casting for the Fleur’s Revenge show. I did not get cast in that one, but some other girls got the opportunity and were truly grateful. During my initial interview, Charriol suggested I get a runway AO. I did, and she helped me load poses into it. She also gave me advice on how to improve at castings. She has been nothing but beyond helpful. I believe that SL Model misunderstood something Charriol said, because there is no fee to join OR be cast.

All in all, Infinite is the first agency that hasn’t scammed me. They have given me opportunities and many chances to prove myself. I am truly gratefl to be a part of this agency.

I am signed in on my blog account, but I will sign it with my sl name anyways 🙂

  17. Annalise Cyberstar Says:

No name huh? Didn’t think so, seems your a bit flustered though you left your “SL model” comment and your “Anonymous” at the exact same time.. Please make it a little more obvious that its one person behind all these lies, and don’t worry we know exactly who it is!! I’m not going to publicly call you out as I feel your last few days have been filled with enough.. lol.. Get a grip though sweetie.. Lying and trying to create new drama with us isn’t going to make your reality any different!

  18. Annalise Cyberstar Says:

I was not going to jump into this because it’s obvious to me who is making these comments.Even more obvious is why, to deflect from their own failures and seek revenge because we made a observation and it ended up being the truth. That old saying rings true ” Truth Hurts”

I’ve took the time to cut and paste things that have went out in our group notices over the last couple weeks

(Hi ladies I need one model to do a quick ad with me for the magazine. Please contact me if interested…

We will begin at 10 AM SLT!

    Hi ladies and gents.

We are going to have a photo contest for the cover of our magazine for issue 1.

1st Place: 3,000L and cover and 5 page spread

    2nd Place: 2,000L and 2 page spread

    3rd place: 1,000L

    Theme: Fall

    Instructions:

Imitate the cover of a magazine… be creative!

We are having castings for Leur Revenge tonight at 2 PM SLT and 5 PM SLT so stop by if you can.

    Leur Revenge Casting starting now)

I’ve also given two girls opportunity to do print work adds, and one guy got his outfit yesterday and is just waiting for client to be ready with the product. We also have two upcoming fashion shows on the books that we haven’t even casted for. I think thesse facts clearly show that the below comment,is a sad attempt to defile us..

(“My feelings on the agency are that if possible I think new models should be told about opportunities to START getting into modeling. I’ve been in the group for two weeks now, and I haven’t seen an opportunity for me to model at all. But I figure maybe that’s because there hasn’t been any available yet. I dunno.” )

Secondly, to SL Model; If you really went though our interview process and were told what you are saying, then you should have no problem showing your name,so we can get to the bottom of this. I wouldn’t suggest anyone hold their breath and wait on that one because again this comment is just not true!!! Do we take everyone that we interview or that comes to a casting. NO we don’t and I will not apologize for that we are looking for quality not quantity. Do we suggest Our model training to models we think have potential, yes we do.. But we never ever tell anyone that you have to go though our training to model with us..Fact is you can go though Larry,Curly&Moe’s modeling school or you can practice on your own. As long as when you re-audition your where we expect our models to be, then you will be hired.Any of the 50+ models on our roster can attest to that..

I will close by saying to those of you responsible for making these comments. My suggestion is you work on your own agency instead of thinking of ways to defame ours. I think your models deserve that from you!!!

    Thanks

    Annalise Cyberstar

I wanted to clear up a few things for those of you who have questions.

“I went to Infinite and was told by Charriol Ansar there was no fee for modeling with them. Then the notecard giver gave me a card outlining their course fees and it added up to about 4 thousand lindens. When I met with Charriol she said I have to take their courses even though I have already graduated from several academies and have modeling experience. Of course they need to make money to have an agency but I just dont understand the lying bit. Other agencies are honest about their fees. Two thumbs down for this place.”

You do not have to take the basic and advancec courses. There are two for you to choose from. Therefore you do not have to pay 4,000 lindens for a class, just 1,750. We are not lying, Charriol might of thought that you needed some help with your modeling and suggested the course for you to take because there was something she didn’t like. We don’t expect to get rich off of fees for courses. We have the money we need for the agency to run properly. We are very honest, there is something that you didn’t understand when you read the notecard. If you would like more information please IM me in – world.I would be happy to help.

“I specifically asked what the cost would be of MODELING for them not of JOINING their agency. I was specically told that there would be no cost for MODELING for them. Then I was interviewed by someone whose sense of style looked like something she pulled out of grandma’s closet and she told me I would have to take their classes before I could even answer a casting call. At that point I hadnt even had a chance to show my modeling skills at all and was being told what I had to change about my style by someone with no sense of style at all.
Hey I have been modeling in SL for a while. Pretty hard to accept that someone with no modeling experience was telling me that I had to take their classes to even be able to cast after she told me that there was no cost. Sorry but I have never experienced this kind of thing from any other agency.”

I apologize for the misunderstanding. Did Charriol not ask you to practice on the runway? Was it for a casting? I would be happy to evaluate you myself before recommending the academy. There is no real cost to join our agency just the academy. Again, I am sorry. IM me to set up a time so I can see for myself as to why the other other staff member recommended you to an academy.

  20. AngeXX Quandry Says:

    Hello everyone.

I want to clarify a few things:

“My feelings on the agency are that if possible I think new models should be told about opportunities to START getting into modeling. I’ve been in the group for two weeks now, and I haven’t seen an opportunity for me to model at all.

But I figure maybe that’s because there hasnt been any available yet. I dunno.”

Yes we have numerous oppurtunities for our models.
    September 6th: Leur Revenge
    September 12: Flashing Lights
    September 19: Haute Couture

Plus a few print oppurtunities for our magazine. Of course I will be needing a few more spreads to complete the magazine so you should see a few print oppurtunities for the September issue pop up here and there.

    Welcome! Btw.

Well I am not sure what happened as I was not there but I do know for sure we do not charge a joining fee and the only thing I can think of with the academy is Charriol thought you still needed help with either your look or walk.

Did she ask you to walk down the runway in our lobby?

Anyways, I am not trying to get to involved however, I did want to make sure everything is perfectly clear with how Infinite runs.

  23. Jersey Ceriano Says:

Jersey here poking my nose in random places cause its late and I just had tea (= caffeine) and I can’t help but comment on this.

In my group, in the group summary thingamabob, model bootcamp and academy fee’s are clearly listed there for anyone to read. Does that mean that all who go through bootcamp or my academy pay that fee? Most of the times, yes, but there are exceptions, as I’m sure there are with most other agencies, of which you were probably one of.

But, then I read further on your comment and I think here is where you made the mistake…and yes, you. You were told that there is not a fee for JOINING the agency…and theres not. You don’t go (from what I know) and audition and get accepted and then have to pay say..L$1000 to be part of the agency. That part IS free.
But in order to MODEL with them, they have certain requirements and those happen to cost money.

Its all in specifics. If you were to tell me to “go”…I would ask…”go where?” because simply telling me to “go” isn’t specific enough.
Forgive me if that doesn’t make any sense…I did say its late.

And, on that note…hasta la vista!

Short and sweet from Seth…My experiences with Infinite have been nothing but good – warmth, teamwork, and professionalism. Final note….because I said this would be short and because I don’t want to really get involved, but have to say this…Let’s all stop this back and forth and be done with it. Whatever may or may not have happened is done. Let’s move on, be the pros that we’re supposed to be, and respect this industry that we all love so much. Plenty of work for all, so hush and get on with our lives. 🙂

P.S. Big kudos as Frolic was at our very first show! 😉

The first show was a smashing success. Everyone did an excellent job and went well above and beyond expectations. The entire show was amazing.

Everything was extremely well organized all the way down to the last second. The models did an amazing job of coordinating and working on such crowded conditions. The coordinators were outstanding! Even when given hurdles you worked everything out without a hitch. Anna you are a true professional and I know I’m biased but I am going to let you know regardless.

The sim was packed from start to finish. It’s unfortunate that many people tried to get in but couldn’t because there was no room left during the entire show. It truly was a sight I wish everyone who wanted to be there could have attended.

All I can say is bravo to everyone. Job well done!

Quite agree, this agency has not been around long enough to distinguish if its good or bad. Quite agree with Fashion Critiques comments so far too, they might not be nice to hear but all very true. I guess everyone will be scrutinising the guests at Infinite’s first show tomorrow, to work out who the secret blogger is – I’d guess that’s where you’ll be

  29. AngeXX Quandry Says:

Thank you for all the comments ladies!

  30. Liliya Avedon Says:

I was very fortunate in being picked as one of the 6 runway models for Infinite Model’s grand opening show, out of about 30 or so models who auditioned all together.

Practice has been fun and they make sure they put two different times of the day for practice so that you can be sure to attend. It helped with my current modeling schooling.

Infinite models sure helps me keep busy though, which is a good thing. I’m proud to represent them as a model and I hope I can participate in more of their shows.

  31. BridgetMarlane McDonnell Says:

I have given Infinite 5 stars – they are one of the best Agencies I have come across. Talk about professionalism, being organised, making sure their Models have everything they require for shows, etc. Even to the extent of giving them free poses for their shows. Practising daily / twice a day leading up to a show. Meeting with designers, checking your outfits, jewellery, shoes – to make sure you look like one of the best when you step onto that catwalk. All the staff and executives are friendly but yet professional at all times – no airs and graces. Take note of tiny little things in order to make the models lives easier.

BTW – ALL the models are treated equally – be they new comers or old comers – there is no discrepancy whatsoever.

Thanks Katime – you weren’t wrong about Infinite – a MUST JOIN Agency I would say.

Thanks everyone at Infinite – it is an absolute pleasure being with you.
